By requesting service from Native Telecom LLC, you agree to the following:

• Quoted rates may adjust for scope changes or unforeseen conditions.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to hardware; workmanship is warranted for 30 days.
• We reserve the right to decline unsafe or out-of-scope work.
